I have a gorgeous double room to let for a female occupant, in a beautiful flat on Esplanade. The room features a king-size bed with an orthopaedic mattress, duvet and pillows, built-in wodrobe and desk. The best feature of the room is undisturbed river views.
I am a professional female. I tend to socialize outside and I would like an equally professional female, clean and trustworthy to share my home with. She can be someone sociable to enjoy the occasional chat or meal in the kitchen but who also enjoys spending time in their privacy while respecting the other person privacy. I am definitely not looking for a party animal.
I am working on late shifts, so I am leaving home at lunch time and returning late at night so you can have the opportunity to enjoy the facilities of a single occupancy of the flat from the second half of the day. I would prefer to share with a female professional working on a 9- 5 basis or a shifts work patern or a student who needs a quite place to study.
All bills are included in the rent, leave in land lady. I also have off street parking space.
The location is 20 min walk from the train station and 15min walk from the town centre.
It's a beautiful, flat in a nice, quiet area with river views. It must be seen.
