I am moving out so we will subletting my 1 double bedroom in our 4-bedroom maisonette. I will move out mid May so I am flexible with the moving in date. The contract is until September with the option to renew it for another year.

We have with a large kitchen and dining area, separate bathroom and toilet upstairs. Kitchen is fully fitted with a washing machine, gas hob, fan oven, microwave, fridge and freezer.

The room:
Fully-furnished with a double bed, 2 wardrobes, 1 desk and lots of storage space.

Great transport links:
- 5 minute walk to Warren Street station (Northern and Victoria lines)
- 5 minute walk to Great Portland station (Circle & Hammersmith lines)
- 8 minute walk to Regent's park station (Bakerloo line)
