BISIC INFO- it’s en-suite, only 3 ppl in this unit, huge kitchen just two ppl using, on the top flr of the building, wonderful views, free gyms and study space too.
It's a student accommodation, managed by IQ, all information about the room can be found on the IQ website(-Tufnell House branch-bronze ensuite).
BILLS- ALL bills included
TRANSPORTATION- Very convenient here, 15min bus to central Saint Martin; 5min walk to Tufnell Park station-northern line, 10min to UCL and 15 to the AA; and all kinds of supermarkets can be found easily here. Btw, there is a huge park nearby, wonderful place for exercise
PRICE- !!! 250pw!!!. (Was originally 333pw. Now on the iQ website the price rises up to £382 pw ;I’m a master student and planning to spend the summer back home, that’s why i sublet this room and lower the price. My two roomates are quite and super nice, so I wish someone who will take this room be nice too)
STAY- minimum for 2weeks rent, with flexibility on dates and a preference for those who can cover the entire period.
Available from July 11th to August 24.
DEPOSIT- 250pounds of deposit is needed, it is the same amount as on my contract, it will be fully returned as soon as you leave if nothing goes wrong. If you are planing to rent for the entire period and you are also a student, you can get the official contract transfered.
