Hey Guys !

Unfortunately i need to go back to France and move on from my flatshare of three in Camden, so I'm looking for someone, student or professional, to take my place for 1 month, from the 29th June, until the end of July (The tenancy will end in the end of August).

I'm a 22 years old Girl and i really enjoyed living here, the flat is cool, and i love my room (your room) which is very sunny and spacious. Fully Furnished, including double bed, wardrobe and desk.

The absence of living room doesnt matter because there is a nice and spacious kitchen. Also, there is a cool Garden =)

You'll be living with 2 others guys, 20 and 22 years old, students from UCL. They are really friendly and easy-going, so you'll get along for sure !

About the location, the Flat is super well located, everything is close from here and this is a safe area. Camden Market, Primrose Hill and Régent Park are 5 to 10 minutes walk and there is a lot of transports next door :

- Chalk Farm or Camden Town Tube station (Northern line) - 5 to 10 minute walk
-Kentish Town Overground station - 5 minute walk
-No 24/27/46 bus - 2 minute walk
