These lodgings are available for 2 pre-agreed nights per week "on the same nights every week" on a long-term basis subject to a minimum commitment of 3 months.

If you need more flexibility and/or need to stay more nights then up to 4 nights is possible as follows:

* same 3 nights every week - £700 pcm
* same 4 nights every week - £850 pcm

I am looking for someone who works from the office during the daytime who has an organised work routine and a home life outside of London.

The double height ceilings and huge windows create a light, bright and spacious airy feel throughout this historic building.

Room 1 is spacious, well-furnished double room (approx 4 x 4 metres) overlooking the famous Sadler's Wells Theatre and the tree-lined Rosebery Avenue.

There is a double bed, a double wardrobe where you can leave your belongings and bedding when you are not here, a tub chair, a coffee table as well as a small table and two stools.

You will have sole use of the kitchen and washing machine in the evenings.

There is also a private garden and a well-equipped private gym suitable for a full body work-out.

These lodgings are in the resident Landlord's home.

All of the following bills are included but there is no internet service (you will need to make your own arrangements):
