I am a professional working remotely for a startup abroad.

Looking for a flatmate to share a flat in Edgware road. The flat is located in Park West and is 7 minutes walking distance from both Edgware road station and Marble arch. The flat has a shared bathroom and a shared kitchen.

The small room seeing in the ad of the pictures is available for £810 per month. In this price the gas is included. The rest of the bills are around £50 per month. Starting on the 1st of August we will have to sign a tenancy agreement for 1 year with a 6 month break clause.
