I'm planning to head back to my home country, so I'm looking for someone lovely to take over my room in our cosy house of four girls: Jiya, Ivanka, Tara and me! 💖

A little about us! 🏡
Three of us are recent UCL graduates, and one is currently studying there. We're a friendly, sociable bunch who enjoy chatting and spending time together, whether that's cooking, watching movies, going thrifting, exploring London, or having the occasional girls' night out! At the same time, we really value each other's personal space, independence and routines. We're hoping to find someone who's friendly, tidy, considerate and enjoys a balance between socialising and having their own space. We're an LGBTQIA+-friendly and inclusive household 🌈 and would particularly love to welcome another girl into our home!

The house itself is super cosy and homely, with: comfortable shared living spaces; a lovely garden; a fully furnished kitchen; a dishwasher and washing machine; Wi-Fi; and a warm, welcoming household atmosphere! Trust me when I say this, I'm genuinely going to miss this house and my girls so much! 🥹💗

We're in Islington, conveniently located near King's Cross and St Pancras stations, with excellent transport connections across London. We're also close to Coal Drops Yard, the large Waitrose, lovely cafés, restaurants and plenty of places to explore. Angel is nearby too! It's a wonderful location for students and young professionals who want to enjoy London while having somewhere cosy to come home to.

Rent, bills and move-in details 💸
Monthly rent: £1,175 pcm.
Monthly rent + bills: Up to approximately £1,225 pcm (including water, gas and Wi-Fi).
Security deposit contribution: £ 1,355.75.
Preferred move-in date: 1 December 2026 (flexible).
Guarantor: Required.
Tenancy transfer: Arranged through our letting agent, with the necessary referencing and paperwork completed before moving in.

Since I'm moving back home, I'm offering to cover December and January's rent for someone who can take over from 1 December! 😚💗
That's £2,350 in rent covered to help make your move a little easier!
If you'd prefer to move in from 1 January, we can discuss having January's rent covered instead.
I'm also happy to discuss a reasonable, flexible arrangement for reimbursing my share of the security deposit, with everything properly documented for everyone's peace of mind.
The rent-free arrangement and tenancy transfer would be confirmed in writing with the letting agent before proceeding.
