Hello! I am a current international student at UCL and am studying here as part of a 9-month course until June. The room is rented for 12 months though, and will be empty for the last 3 months. I don't want to leave the room unoccupied for this time period, so anyone looking for a quick place to rent can sublet starting from 6th June until the end of August. The room is part of a student accomodation (IQ Tufnell House) and is in the category of a Silver Studio Plus. The flat contains 1 bed with a room space of 20 square meters, equipped with a kitchen, dining area, working table, and private toilet/shower. It is located on the 6th floor of the block, which can be accessed by either an elevator or the stairs. I have originally rented the room for 464 pounds per week, but am willing to significantly decrease the price (negotiable) if you are interested. I have attached the pictures of the studio, with more pictures of the room type being available online in the IQ Tufnell House website.

Looking for only students to rent the space. Council tax is covered (students can apply for an exemption from the tax).
