Hey guys,
I’m Radu, a 23-year-old student at UCL. My current flatmate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take over his room.
The flat is a 2-bed in NW3 (by the Royal Free Hospital). It is fully furnished, it is next to Hampstead Heath which is very nice, and gets great sunlight. The landlady is lovely and responsive as well. I’ve attached pictures of both the room and the flat.

Location: NW3, 2-min walk from Royal Free Hospital (PM me for the exact address)
Rent: £1050/month (all bills + WiFi included)
Move-in Date: 7th of March (some flexibility around the exact date)
Contract Length: until 3rd of August 2026 (can be extended beyond)
