I’m looking for someone to sublet/take over my tenancy from mid-July to early October (possible to renew the contract after) in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat in Chalk Farm. Flexible with the move-in dates.

The room is an ensuite double bedroom with 2 built-in wardrobes. The flat has a very spacious open-plan kitchen and living room.

You will be living with Charlotte, 29, a master’s student currently doing her dissertation.

We’re really close to the Camden Market, so there’s food and shops all around. The area is alive during the night, but it’s quiet in the flat.

9 min walk to Kentish Town West overground
3 min walk to Morrisons, and 5 min walk to Sainsbury’s, Amazon Fresh, Tesco
