I am looking for a profession/easy going/quiet lodger to join my Camden maisonette flat (on 2 floors) within the month. Available now

It is a single room, its cosy, new single bed. The flat also has a seperate large Lounge (not shared) and Kitchen on the bottom floor. One toliet and one bathroom with a toilet.

The location is great, very close to the tube station, many buses around. A 10min walk to Kings Cross and Euston. Its just 5 mins from Mornington crescent/Camden Town tube. On a quiet street so its great because you have the option of Camden market/nightlife. Very close to UCL/SOAS/LSE etc.

Its our family home. I live with my wife and my one year old son and baby daughter 3 months old.

I am looking for quiet, decent and an easy going person, Someone who is responsible, cleans after themselves and respects others. I am easy going and am happy to take in a post-grad student or a working professional.

Standard one months advance rent and one months deposit required (650+£650=£1,300.) as well as references, including Photo I. D. Rent is all inclusive of all bills (Gas, electricity, council tax, water, TV licence, broadband)
