Hi everyone,
I am looking for a suitable replacement student to take over my room at Handel Mansions, University of London Intercollegiate Halls, located in Bloomsbury, central London.
The room is available now, but I can be flexible with the exact start date if you are looking to move in during June or early July. The contract would end on 29 August 2026.
This could be ideal for someone looking for short-term student accommodation in central London over the summer, for example for an internship, dissertation period, summer course, research stay, or temporary stay before moving elsewhere.
It is a Medium Single Shared room in a self-catered flat with a shared kitchen and bathroom. The room is fully furnished with a small double bed, mattress, desk, desk chair, desk lamp, wardrobe, shelves, drawers, curtains and Wi-Fi.
Key advantages:
* University-managed accommodation
* Bills and Wi-Fi included
* Fully furnished single room
* Flexible move-in date from June / early July
* Contract until 29 August 2026
* Self-catered flat
* Shared kitchen and bathroom
* Central London location in Bloomsbury
* Suitable for students looking for a secure and straightforward move-in option in London
Details:
* Available from: immediate, with flexibility for a June move-in
* Contract end date: 29 August 2026
* Rent: £277.06 per week, approximately £1,200 per month
* Room type: Medium Single Shared

* Shared kitchen and bathroom
* University-managed accommodation
The shared kitchen includes a cooker, oven, washing machine/tumble dryer, microwave, kettle, fridge-freezer and cupboards. The bathroom includes a sink, bathtub with shower curtain, mirror and toilet.
Please note that this would be an official replacement process through University of London Accommodation. Student must be registered as a full-time student for the duration of the contract at a publicly funded UK university, for example the University of Manchester, the University of Bristol, or another eligible UK university.
Once a suitable replacement student is found, they will need to register on the University of London accommodation portal and upload a document confirming their student status for the current academic year so that the University can verify their eligibility.
No private contract transfer or private payment to me is involved.
