Hello, I'm looking for someone who's outgoing, fun, clean and tidy to come live with myself and other housemate. I'm an outgoing single gay guy, I like to socialise with friends, gym, cinema etc. My housemate is an out going and friendly professional straight guy.

The room itself is 2.15 x 4.4, fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, two side tables and lamps, desk with chair, and a mirror, you will have joint use of the bathroom with my housemate as I have my own en-suite. All bills are included, and there is also a cleaner once a week.

There is an onsite gym which is included in the rent price, you'll need an induction if you wish to use it but that's only £35. There's a 24 hour concierge and security, they take all parcels, sort dry cleaning etc. Large park area with pond/swings/table tennis.

The development itself is New Garden Quarter in Stratford, you can google it. Very close to the tube station and Stratford international and Westfield, approx. 5-10 min walk. Loads of things to do on the door step, the Olympic park and East village.

The room is available to view and rent from the 10th of January 2026.
