We have this lovely and very spacious double room with its own shower room available in this friendly and professional house share in East London.

The room is available from the 14th of December 2025.

The room is fully furnished as can be seen in the pictures. There is a large wardrobe, a large chest of drawers, a double bed, a desk, a very comfortable leather 3-seater sofa, and a 43' smart TV. The sleeping area and living area are very well defined and it really does feel as if you have your own living room within the room, just like a hotel suite. There is a very large window which is fitted with 100% blackout blinds zzz :)

The house is located in Plaistow (District and Hammersmith & City lines), in a quaint residential area but only a 5 minute walk from the tube station. It's only 15 mins from the City of London (financial district) and 25 mins from the city center (Westminster). Only a 5 mins bus ride to Westfield Stratford (the biggest shopping center in Europe with a large array of restaurants and shops) and the Olympic Park. You can walk there in 15 mins.

There is on-street parking just outside the house.

The rent is £1060 per month. The rent includes all bills and Superfast 350 Mbps Virgin Fibre Optic Broadband. The minimum stay is 6 months.

The deposit is £1000. 00. We are not an agency. This was our family home for many years but we have moved away for work reasons and now let it out. We try to look after our tenants as best as we can by making sure the house is clean, safe, and comfortable for everyone to enjoy.
