I’m offering my spare/study room for rent to a professional or a student. Its a good size room with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers. You will be able to use your own bathroom with a bath ( its not en-suite). The room is next to the kitchen so there might be some noise in the morning ( it would be perfect if you are a morning person). Also the window in the room overlooks the kitchen but there is an opening for ventilation.
You will be also able to use a modern kitchen with all modern cons and dinning area with a TV. There is also a nice back garden with sitting area.
You will be sharing the house with a live-in landlord . The house is very clean and I want to keep it that way so you have to be very tidy and always clean after yourself in the kitchen.
The house is located by the lovely West Ham Park - perfect for running or playing tennis , 10 min walk ( or 5 min by bus) to Stratford Station ( for Central, Jubilee Line, DLR as well as Overground) and Westfield Shopping Centre and Olympic Park.
The Plaistow or West Ham Stations are within 7 - 10 min walk ( for District & Hammersmith & City Line)
Please note - the room is for 1 person only, no couples. When enquiring about the room please include the following informations (otherwise I will not respond) :
- professional or student
- when are you looking to move in
- your name and mobile number,
- a few words about yourself
I will require reference from your previous landlord, min stay 3 months and 1 month deposit.
