HI, I am looking for a suitable subletter and would like to transfer my room as I am going back to live in China soon.
Inside description: the house is located in coppermaker square new neighbourhood how's building built in 2023 new house, the house covers free wifi. utilities are between 45-60 a month. The house is very warm, each room has its own heating system and has a washer and dryer, there are three separate storage rooms available. The sublet room is the largest of all the bedrooms and we are giving away a kingsize bed and a small private sofa to use. The room also has a small private sofa that can be used.

Please note: the room needs to share a bathroom with another tenant in the second bedroom！！！

Flat description: i have been living in coppermaker square for two years and it has a very safe security system and has a 24 hour reception, separate gym, swimming pool and sauna and spa free of charge. There is a communal study room on the 2nd floor of the front desk with free drinks, and on the 3rd floor there is an entertainment area where you can watch movies and play games with your friends, and there is also a BBQ area that you can book.

About the housemate: she is a girl studying at Central Saint Martins postgraduate, she is Chinese but she has lived in the US before, she is very quiet, she doesn't smoke or drink, she usually reads at home and doesn't cook very often.
Lastly about the lease term I would choose a tenant who can cover off the whole lease term and support half yearly rent payment. And their tenancy period is from now until 28 August 2025. If you want to renew the lease, you can contact the agent.
