This is a large comfortable ensuite double bedroom with room for living or study space, within a three bedroom flat in Stratford.

The flat is set over two floors of the upper flat in a converted victorian terrace house. Your room is at the top of the flat offering maximum privacy and quiet.

This rental includes:

* Private Large double bedroom with private ensuite (upstairs) the room is large so can also function as your living space as the only other shared space in the flat is the kitchen.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, desk if needed, we are also happy to buy a TV so it can be fully used as a living space.

No parties, or pets

The contract is on a rolling basis with one month's notice either side to terminate.

About us:

We are an Irish couple aged 37 and 40 and are renting room in our flat as the flat is very big for our current needs.
We are quiet couple both working full time.
One of us works in an art gallery and the other as a sound engineer.
We cook almost solely vegetarian food but don't have restrictions on what other people cook
We do not have parties
One of us works from home 2-3 days per week the other works from the office full-time
