We are looking for housemates interested in joining our community and sharing our space in a converted warehouse.

Deposit is one months rent. Rent includes all bills. This is a rolling contract, and the notice is one month.

Our warehouse is located on Fish Island by the Peanut factory, 5 min from Victoria Park, 2 min from the canal, 10 min to Westfield, centrally located ideal for cycling.

We are a motley collection of people from all over, artists, musicians, entrepreneurs, coffee roasters, tradesmen, designers, general - a bunch of caring and creative souls.

It is a big space ideal for anyone with a little imagination, always people about but surprisingly laid back. We all get on well and are respectful of noise during the week.

We have a cleaning rota for the house, and you'd be expected to clean 45 minutes a week, as well as contributing £10 a month to our kitty for household essentials - cleaning products, loo roll, etc.
