The Room
Spacious double room with double bed, wardrobe, desk, bookcase and drawers. I'm happy to add or remove items if required.

Linen and towels will be provided and cleaned between your stays, unless otherwise agreed.

You are welcome to leave belongings in flat over weekends though I may use room on occasion for friends and family visiting.

The Flat
• The flat is sunny and spacious, filled with plants and mid-century furniture.
• The kitchen and living rooms space are connected but have a small wall between them.
• Small balcony with table, chair and umbrella which is a nice place to sit in summer.
• Smalll bathroom and kitchen with diningware and cookware available for use.
• Flats on 3rd floor of low-rise block. Unfortunately there is no lift.
- I know and have great relationships with all the neighbors
• All bills included including Council Tax, Water, Internet, TV Subscriptions License, and Who gives a crap toilet roll subscription, cleaning and cleaning products.

About me
I’m an early riser as I enjoy early morning exercise and often head off to my room to read quite early if I've got a night in.

I'm usually out at least one week night with friends at cinema, softball or theatre.
The Location

Good transport link with
- Bow Road Tube for Hammersmith and City and District Line
- Hackney Wick Overground for the Mildmay
- Bow Church for the DLR
- Good selection local busses
- 3 TFL bike stands within 5 minutes of flat meaning you get Stafford or Mile End in 10 mins, Aldgate and Canary Wharf in 20 and Central London on 35
