Hello :) We are looking for a new housemate to join our lovely flatshare in Bow, as (very sadly) one of our housemates is making the move to Australia.

It's in a fab location. We are just a few minutes walk away from Victoria Park and just off Roman Road, and walking/cycling distance to London Fields/Hackney Wick. There are plenty of public transport links - 12 mins walk to Mile End Station, 15 mins walk to Bethnal Green underground and many buses.

The house has three bedrooms across two levels with one bathroom and a small sunny terrace. We have a good sized living room and a good sized kitchen/dining room.

The room available is on the second floor, it’s a double room which gets the afternoon sun. The room comes with two large built-in wardrobes and two storage cupboards, it comes unfurnished, but the bed and drawers are up for sale as our current flatmate is hoping to sell everything before she moves. The room easily fits a double bed, drawers and a desk if you wish to WFH.

About us, we are two females in our 30’s, Megan and Aniya, both British, we work in the music industry and the charity sector. We have been living here a while now and love the house and the area. We are super friendly and sociable, we are clean and tidy and respectful of each others space. We often eat/drink/watch telly together, go to the pub, gigs/festival or have a regular wine in together (although it's not a party house). We both have pretty busy social lives and enjoy all the things London has to offer.

We are looking for someone similar who would also like to get involved on the odd weeknight in or night out. We are an LGBTQI, left wing and environmentally friendly household and we are looking for someone like-minded, clean and respectful, and ideally in their 30’s. We really love living here, and are hoping to find someone who also wants to make this a home!

The move in date would be from Saturday 20th December.
The rent is £910 per month plus bills (internet, gas, water, cleaner etc) which are £130 per month.
The rent is due on the 24th of each month.
The deposit is £866.
Mandy is looking to sell some of the furniture for a steal, in case you need a bed, mattress and drawers!

The agency will need to take references and they charge £50 admin fee to add your name on the lease.
