Double Ensuite Room in Hackney Wick – Lovely Flat, Lovely Humans 🏡

We’ve got a gorgeous double ensuite room available in our Hackney Wick flat and are looking for someone great to come and make it home with us.
You’d be living with two friendly flatmates (late 20s / early 30s), one Irish and one Scottish. We’re easygoing, enjoy a good laugh, and like a home that feels warm and lived-in rather than a revolving door of strangers. Social vibes, but definitely not a party flat. The flat is available from end of March/ start of April but needs to be let agreed ASAP.

We do have three cats, but don’t worry - they come with all the latest tech (automated litter box). They’re very much part of the household, so we’re looking for someone who’s happy sharing space with feline flatmates.

The room is £1450 per month, including all bills, and the flat itself is honestly a dream:
• Underfloor heating
• Private balcony
• Rooftop terrace
• Beautifully furnished throughout

We’re hoping to find someone around a similar age (women only!) who wants to settle somewhere properly, take good care of the place, and enjoy a friendly, respectful home.
