The flat is located on the third floor of a quiet twenty-storey building and includes a balcony overlooking a small park. There is parking space available if required by obtaining a local parking permit. There is also another large park across the street from the flat, good for nice walks and evening runs.

Current tenants are two working professionals, a father and adult daughter, who is a live-in landlord. We are looking for a suitable tenant who likes a calm environment, open to a working professional or mature student. We work a lot both from home and outside so the flat tends to remain fairly quiet and peaceful.
