💌 Going for a holiday, subletting my cosy room for 1 month from 17 March to 17 April

🏠 The apartment is a 1-minute walk from Stratford Station (Central, Elizabeth, Jubilee, Overground, DLR), close to UCL East, LCF, Queen Mary, Goldsmiths, etc. It takes around 20 minutes to the city center. There’s a Sainsbury’s, Lidl, M&S, and Long Feng Chinese supermarket just downstairs. Westfield shopping center is also a 1-minute walk away.

🏠 The room is spacious, with a wardrobe and chest of drawers (I will leave some storage space for you). The bathroom is shared with only one other female flatmate. The current flatmates are two working women—quiet, clean, and respectful of personal space (looking for someone similar). Female tenants only.

🍽️ The flat has a large communal living room, open kitchen, and a full-length balcony. It’s bright and airy, with good soundproofing and privacy—perfect for working or studying from home without disturbance.
