Looking for ideally a female to fill the room for a flexible tenancy of ideally at minimum 6 months.

A bit about the current flatmates:
- In the couples room - There is an easy going Indian couple, a male Software engineer working in FANNG and fiancé is a Lawyer in their late 20s / early 30s, taking the ensuite room. They are chill and respectful.

- There is a female in the single room, working in architecture who you'll be sharing the main bathroom with, and is quite tidy.

A little about myself (the landlord): I am out travelling for a while. I'm in my 30s, and am a Strategy Consultant & Data Scientist. I enjoy going to the gym, doing martial arts, gaming, and exploring restaurants/ bars in London with friends.

I’m looking for friendly, tidy, respectful female professional a a replacement for the existing tenant (Japanese girl expat, moving out after her long stay in the lovely flat!). You must also be in the habit of cleaning up quite quickly after cooking.

Service charge, Council tax, electric, water, heating, and internet included in the price of £1300!!!
