Hi, I'm currently looking for a flatmate to take over an ensuite of a 2b2bproperty at Coppermaker Square from April 2026, but can be flexible.

The room available is an ensuite, to share the flat with a female flatmate.

Monthly rent is £1580 plus bills and council tax (if not student).

Pet is considered subject to your own conversation with the current flatmate with pet rent of £75-100 charged by Coppermaker.
