Hi everyone, we have a room available in our lovely 3 bedroom apartment overlooking the harbour. The kitchen/living/dining room is open plan, there are two bathrooms both with showers, and a separate laundry area with a washing machine. We are both over 30 and looking for someone who is kind, considerate, clean and tidy. The rent is £335 a month, including water, gas, electric and broadband. Council tax is divided between all the housemates so is the TV licence and TV subscriptions. For those of you who are not familiar with Aber, the location is perfect - 100 yards to the beach and walking distance to just about everywhere. Please do get in touch if you have any questions.
