Professionals catered for with the occasional considerate and responsible students welcome. 5-8 Mins walk to the city centre, University and the pier. All newly decorated throughout and we regularly maintain the house (eg, recently replaced some windows, re-painted, new carpet in two rooms). Its a very tidy house with very considerate tenants. There is a very small front garden.

There is a lovely bath and shower room with a new second bathroom planned (most materials purchased). House is complete with fire panel, and all mod cons including a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, gas hob, electric oven, kitchen table and chairs, plenty of kitchenware and cupboard space.

We have one remaining room left. Tenants often come to us for 6 months and end up staying much longer. Two current tenants have extended their stays (two have been with us for nearly two years). Double beds in all the rooms, with wardrobe and shelving space/storage. Desk and chair included.

Registered and experienced landlords will look after you, with not an ounce of mould or mildew anywhere. The house is spotless and dry.

Currently no pets. Couples considered and have stayed with us before. Often people come short term and end up extending their stays. We must be doing something right if people are extending their stays and moving between our houses. Prices shown are for individual tenants with all bills included. An additional, agreed amount is added for the second person in the case of couples or visitors staying over.

Parking is available on the road directly in front of the house. Every time we visit the property, there is parking available. There is a bus stop literally across the street and another further down the street towards Hirael Bay.

One room is currently available. It is on the middle floor with copious storage space (2 wardrobes with shelves built in), he room has a lovely double bed, shelving unit, desk and chair. There is NO deposit and ALL bills included including fast free unlimited wifi.
