Hi my name is Grace and I’m a student at Bangor University, I am Looking for someone (preferably student) to be a replacement for this house available august/September 2022. Snowdon villas is a Lovely and modern house, that is spacious and not to cramped. For rent is the bottom floor bedroom very spacey with a double bed with an en-suite (toilet and shower) it is big enough to add your own little twist to the room aswell. It has a desk and chair with window, wardrobe and cabinet. Large unique shared kitchen with a dining table and large kitchen space there is also a Lounge upstairs. Parking right out front, enough to fit atleast 6 cars. It is a Short walk from here to the university and plenty live night life (short walk to clubs and bars) grocery shops also close by and the high street isn’t far either.
