Looking for someone to take a room in a house with three others. Room is smaller (reflected in the very affordable price) but has double bed, desk, mirror, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. The living area is spacious, with modern kitchen and bathroom. You would be living with three welcoming, easy going female students in their third year at Bangor. This house is on Caernarfon Road, close to the train station, dominoes, Lidl and only a short distance from harp and the high street for those who enjoying going out. Lectures aren’t far with the main university buildings being only 10-15 minutes away from the house. Only requirement for a new flatmate is that you’re tidy and open to making new friends with this lovely group of housemates.

Renters must be students, not professionals. Unfortunately no couples, as it is only for one person.

Must have UK guarantor or be able to pay a double deposit.
