we are a student household looking for a short term tenant from 1st of April - 1st of september (5 month contract).
desk, bed, mattress, side table, dresser, and wardrobe all included.
bills and wi-fi included.
large garden.
5 minute walk to the high street and to the university buildings !

most will be leaving for summer in june and two of us are staying here to work over summer.

small animals are allowed (caged), we also have two cats.
LGTBQ+ friendly ! (ad says 5 females and two males however 2 are non-binary)
preferably females to stay, unfortunately no couples, children e. t.c
looking for someone mature and preferably also working during the summer holidays
