This is a great house. Very tidy, with three males and in the house. Some tenants in our houses have been with us for over 4 years!

Fully furnished, with council tax and fast wifi included in the rent.

The room available NOW has A SINGLE BED IN IT, although the room is just under double in size.

A double bedroom, with double bed is available 5 Sep 2026.

There is a washing machine, ample parking on the street in front of the house! EVERY TIME we come to the house we find a place to park.

All bills included.

We do not expect the room to be available for long.

We do NOT charge a deposit, just up front rent (first and partial last month). So we do not debate at the end of your tenancy, whether you marked the walls or stained the carpet (eg, as other landlords can deduct amounts from their deposits or even keep all of the deposit)> We do not do that; we charge first months and last month less £5.
