I have a room available to move into with immediate effect, it’s in Cathays on Malefant Street. It’s a really lovely spacious room, there is two bathrooms one upstairs and one downstairs. I am only moving out due to personal reasons 😢

The rent is £350 a month and bills are around £40 a month, I am willing to pay the first months rent 🤩

I lived with the house mates all last year and they are really lovely and sociable. It’s a mixed house with 2 boys and 2 girls. 🎉

The landlord is the best, if there is ever any problems she sorts it out straight away.
