I've looked at other rooms for rent, and with the amenities I have here, it knocks most of the other adverts out the water! As title says. All bills included long or short stay. Will require 1 months rent in advance of £350 so your last month is paid for. My house is in Newport just 0.8 miles from junction 26 of the M4 in a quiet cul de sac. The M4 is close enough to use it, but not close enough to hear it or see it. All amenities within walking distance, including Tescos express, a chippy, post office, Indian and Chinese take aways. A short drive to town centre, also a bus stop 1 mins walk from the house. You will have free use of the main kitchen and bathroom (I don't use it as my room has en suite) free WiFi. I don't mind if you have a cat or dog, but you must clean up after it. Possible use of my hot tub with prior arrangement. Don't mind the odd party now and then, or a night out either.
