We have 1 double room available immediately in this friendly and quiet shared house. All furniture is new and there are new carpets throughout.

There is plenty of on-street parking and you are always assured of a space in the dedicated resident parking bays. A permit can be applied for through the council free of charge.

All bills are included in the rent which includes the super fast internet service. A washing machine and separate dryer are both available at no extra cost. The communal areas are cleaned fortnightly and this is also included in the rent. If you are working and are eligible to pay council tax the rent increases to £380 pcm.

The house consists of 5 spacious double rooms, 2 communal kitchens with all appliances provided, 2 shower rooms, communal breakout/living room, patio and decking area.
