We are currently looking for a friendly female to move into a house in Sketty. It is £320 a month, including all bills and internet. A £250 deposit is required. Currently living there are two females aged 26 and 27, with one being a professional and the other finishing off her PHD. All furniture is provided and parking can be obtained via a permit for across the road. I also have a house rabbit named George so the new housemate would have to like animals. We want someone who will become a friend rather than just a housemate!
It is a monthly rolling contract and short tenancies are accepted.
