Looking for someone to replace the third person in a 3 bed house. You would be joining the two boys who still live here.

Nice big house with a large and well equipped kitchen that has plenty of free cupboard, fridge and freezer space (this means you won't need to bring your own cookware or plates if you don't want to).

The room itself is one of the biggest in the house and let's in plenty of light from its big window. The bed is a double and has inside storage. The room also has a sliding-door wardrobe, two bed-side cabinets, a chest of drawers, an inbuilt wardrobe and a dressing table.

There is one bathroom with a shower that all three tenants share and a downstairs toilet. There is also a small raised garden and patio with our own apple tree.

The living room is also a good size and has a treadmill and room for bike storage (if you need it). At the moment the two boys that live here are both working from home and so the living room will be unavailable during the working day (Mon-Fri 8.30-6.30).

The house also benefits from a extension off of the downstairs bedroom which is being used a gym with a good amount of the boy's equipment.

The two boys spend most of their time watching netflix/prime/disney, or playing video games. Both are good at cooking and often enjoy Sunday roasts or pancakes. The house is also usually kept clean.

The £400 a month covers the rent, council tax, broadband, electricity and gas. A security deposit of £300 and first month's rent is required before you move in but viewings are available firstly.
