Hi we're looking for a 3rd person to join our 3 bed house as someone has already dropped out. Its 10 minute away from singleton and 10 mins away from city centre with good transport links. The Gp, pharmacy and Tesco express are less than 5 minutes walk away with a Tesco superstore being 10 minutes away. All 3 rooms are spacious double rooms and the whole house is being refurbished. The move in date is early July so an extra person is urgently needed. It is £300 a month excluding bills and £350 with bills.
