I am looking for someone to take over my student accommodation contract from 5th September 2026 to 17th July 2027.
This modern student accommodation offers a range of excellent facilities designed to make student life comfortable, convenient and enjoyable. The tenancy is 45 weeks with a total rent of £8,325 (£185 per week).
Facilities include:
• All utility bills included – rent includes electricity, gas and water (subject to a fair usage allowance), meaning there is no need to manage separate household bills.
• Private study rooms – dedicated quiet spaces for studying, focusing or collaborating with others.
• Study booths – secluded workspaces ideal for coursework and revision.
• Games area – a social space to relax and unwind after lectures.
• Fully equipped gym – featuring cardio machines including spin bikes, a rowing machine and treadmill, as well as functional training equipment and on-demand fitness.
• Cinema area – a comfortable space for movie nights and socialising.
• Rooftop terrace – an outdoor area perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.
This accommodation is ideal for students looking for a modern, well-equipped place to live with a variety of facilities available on-site.
