Room dimensions are 3.6m× 2.45m.
No bed currently but that could be arranged no problem. The flat is large, big living room with dining table, recliner sofa, no tv but projector and screen, working fireplace. Fair sized bathroom, kitchen and a nice garden.
Half a month's rent deposit required (£350) plus rent in advance.
Looking for someone clean, respectable and fairly quiet- not bringing big groups of friends around etc.
