House is located a short walk from Epsom train station (zone 6, Oyster available) so is ideal for someone who is commuting but wants to live somewhere quieter with lots of green space (we are a 2 minute walk from Epsom Common).
Epsom high street and hospital only 10 mins walk away.
It is a large, bright, room.
You will have use of the shared spaces (kitchen, bathroom and garden). These are kitted out with everything you need. There is also off road parking.
I have another female lodger, who has been with me for 2 years
We are looking for someone relaxed, sociable and tidyish.

Initially it will be a 3 month contract with potential to extend longer.
Smoking is permitted, but only in the garden, as there is no smoking in the house.
The room is part furnished atm. I will have to get a bed, also I can put a small sofa in there if required.
