I have a one bedroom to rent out in Epsom town centre. It will be a shared living apartment with myself. There is a spare bathroom. Shared living room and kitchen. I want someone who is tidy and clean, easy to get on with. Also able to hang out on coffee dates or grab dinner together, watch films or tv and other interests but also able to give each other space.
