Hello! I've had a change of circumstances where I'm moving abroad and the result is that I am letting out the entirety of my lovely flat in Farnham - I've been here 3 years and absolutely love living here. The photos hopefully do justice to how spacious the property is, but of course feel free to view it for yourself!

The main living area in particular is quite spectacular with the double height effect thanks to the room being built up into the roof, so the beamwork remains exposed. There is one bathroom and it has a bath separate to the shower, which is in a cute little side room of its own (as shown).

The flat is also in a convenient location. It is a very easy 10-minute walk into Farnham's lovely town centre, and 14 minutes on foot to the train station (London Waterloo is a 51 minute train from Farnham).

If driving, you can be on the A31 Farnham by-pass within 1 minute from the flat too. The flat has a parking space so, should you have a car, this can absolutely be accommodated.
