I have a double bedroom (unfurnished, but with a inbuilt wardrobe) available. I do have a sofa bed which can be used for the bedroom, but it is preferable for you to bring a bed.

Location - near Farnham train station and college, but on a quiet road and with views over a park.

Shared bathroom with bath / shower), kitchen, dining and living area. The living area is quite large.

I have two indoor cats. So you need to be a cat lover or at least comfortable around cats. No other pets can be brought into the household.
