Hi folks!
We're a queer couple living 7 mins from UCA. Two of our housemates are graduating this year, whilst we're going into our third year and a master's, respectively, and we're looking for people to take over their rooms.
Rent is unfortunately going up this year (seemingly everywhere), and the place we're at is no different. Rent is 700 w/o bills (we've got a bills bundle and they come out to be around 100 a month pp)
The house never feels cramped, and we all do our best to keep it clean and friendly. We don't drink and ask that no alcohol be brought into the public areas of the house (can disclose more about this in DM), but love a good game night!
The bathroom and the toilet are separate.
Couples, ok, ofc but have to rent rooms separately.
Please get in touch if it sounds like something you would be interested in! 😊

No council tax as it is rented to students only !!!!!
