The house is situated on a relatively quiet road in the centre of Farnham town. It is only a 10 minute walk to the train station, University and about a minute from Farnham park and the town centre shops, cafés and restaurants.

The room available has a king-size bed and plenty of storage space. You will have access to the downstairs bathroom which is shared with one other person. There is a large kitchen/diner and a south-west facing garden to the rear of the property.

This is a quiet, family home with two females who both work. It would suit a similar, professional person.

I have put a maximum stay of 7 months, but am happy to discuss.
