I have a large basement room to rent in my home sharing the kitchen and bathroom. Tenent has own cubicle shower but can use the large bath
Its a quiet comfortable home. The basement has fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, cups plates toaster, tv, but can share large kitchen diner, also all bedding towels included as so are bills. It is beautifully newly refurbished.
Its in walking distance to the town that has lots of nice shops bars and restaurants. Easy access to both busses and trains. Close to local open space and Mote park.
Its a quiet road with not a lot of noise litter or disturbance. use of garden and a parking permit.
Bus stops practically outside the house
5 min walk to 3 train station to London.
Easy access to the city centre
