Chair which turns into a single guest bed.
Broadband, Chromecast, Freeview. Thermostat.

Kitchen.
Double oven so we can cook at the same time.
Fridge freezer. Washing machine. Cutlery, bowls, plates, pans for shared use.

Sunny garden.
Flowers, veggies, clothes line, seating, table, space for bike. Great for nature, reading and outside entertaining.

Me:
Easy to get along with. Sociable, good sense of humour and welcoming. I work mostly from home. Up around 6.30am. Enjoy creativity, documentaries, reading, music, films, running, nature, rock climbing, Spanish and stand up paddleboarding. I work in IT.
