🌟LOOKING FOR A FLATMATE🌟

hi there, we are looking for a third flatmate to stay with me and Scott between April and September, could be decided longer if other plans fall through or it works out well.

This 3 bedroom penthouse flat is located on Crown Street and spaces over two floors. The downstairs consists of an entrance hallway, bathroom, large living room, kitchen and a conservatory, while the upstairs consists of the 3 bedrooms and an upstairs bathroom also.

As well as the flat, we get access to a parking space in the downstairs car park as well as access to a gym, games room and sauna that is accessed using a keycard shared in the flat.

I usually work most days and Scott has uni so you’ll get peace and quiet at times but we are very chill to live with and keep the flat relatively clean.
