The property is a two bed flat with a shared kitchen and living room located in Midstocket. It’s very close to ARI, Rosemount and a 10 min walk to Union Street. The flat is next to bus stops with regular connections to Union Street bus station.

You would be living with me — a 23-year-old male professional. I’m pretty chilled and easy to get on with. I enjoy playing padel, tennis, and golf, and I’m usually away most weekends, so you’ll often have the place to yourself. I like to keep the flat clean and tidy, so ideally looking for someone similar who respects the space but is also up for a good chat now and then.
