Hello! I'm subletting my flat from the period of January to end of May/June (depending on what you decide). The flat is off King Street in a superb location in the middle between the city centre and the University of Aberdeen campus: The University of Aberdeen campus (15 min walk/ bus to campus from King Street), Union Square (20 min walk/ bus straight to the mall). The beach is a walking distance as well (10 minutes).

The flat is double-glazed, has gas heating, washing machine, a bath and a shower, a back garden. The room is on the sunny side, so there’s a lot of natural light. There is one other flatmate (my friend) :)

The monthly rent is £362.5 + £11 wifi + 40-60£ utilities (we don’t pay for water as we are full-time students).
